COVID Safety

Safety is of the utmost importance at this event. We will be continually monitoring the COVID outbreak numbers and implementing precautions and guidelines for this event. We will send you updated guidelines as they develop. Vaccinations may be required to attend. At a minimum you can expect:

  • We strongly encourage guests to wear a mask when they are not actively eating or drinking.
  • For the safety of you and others, it is important to stay home if you aren't feeling well. We have a virtual networking option for guests who aren't comfortable attending in-person or who aren't feeling well.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the event space.
  • We encourage guests to utilize the “fist bump” or “elbow bump” instead of a handshake while networking. This will reduce the spread of germs.

Parking

The Turnip Truck asks that BUB attendees park along 50th Avenue, at Richland Park, or any available street parking to ensure enough parking in the main lot for customers.

About Turnip Truck

Founded by John Dyke in 2001, the Turnip Truck is Nashville’s only full-service, locally owned natural foods grocer. As the name implies, our store has farming roots, which run through every facet of operations.

We believe in the simple, ancient, and timeless power of ethically grown, locally harvested food to feed our communities.

With three stores in the heart of Nashville, the Turnip Truck brings the seasonal bounty of area farms to our neighbors in the city. Our shelves are stocked with the highest quality natural, local and organic foods available. In addition, we are devoted to fostering the success of area farmers and producers, nurturing the future of our food supply.
