Montucky Cold Snacks Pride Can-
Montucky Cold Snack is teaming up with the Nashville LGBT Chamber to give back during the month of June, Pride month! In the spirit of their core values, MCS began producing special edition Pride cans in 2016 that celebrate LGBTQ communities and gave all 8% of profits back to LGBTQ organizations from the sales of these cans. Join Montucky Cold Snack in celebrating Pride, helping create awareness about LGBTQ organizations, and help raise money for the Nashville LGBT Chamber during Pride month by grabbing an MCS Pride can! Get your MCS Pride can at any of these locations!
In addition to 8% of Pride can sale profits, 100% of all Montucky Cold Snack swag sale profits from May 15th to June 16th will be donated to organizations that focus on LGBTQ+ causes.
June Brewing Up Business-
Kick off Pride Weekend on Thursday, June 20th, with our monthly Brewing Up Business! This month we are partnering with the Nashville Business Assistance Office (BAO) and other area chambers including Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce, Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce, and Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to bring you a huge networking opportunity. Come eat, drink, and connect with us! Location and other details to follow.

AARP Rocketman Screening-
AARP and the Nashville LGBT Chamber are partnering and you and a guest are invited to a free screening of ROCKETMAN on Thursday, June, 13th at 7 pm at Regal Cinemas Opry Mills 20 IMAX & RPX! ROCKETMAN is an epic musical fantasy about the incredible human story of Elton John’s breakthrough years. The film follows the fantastical journey of transformation from shy piano prodigy Reginald Dwight into international superstar Elton John. This event is free but requires registration. HIV PrEP and Primary Care-
Save the Date: Neighborhood Health will hold a dinner/training for healthcare providers on Thursday, June 6th at Sinema. Through this event, new primary care providers will be trained to prescribe HIV PrEP, which is over 90% effective in preventing HIV transmission. Neighborhood Health hopes to expand primary care capacity in Nashville and Middle Tennessee to intervene and stop new HIV infections. More details to come on this event.
NGLCC International Busines & Leadership Conference
The Nashville LGBT Chamber and many members will be attending NGLCC's 2019 International Business & Leadership Conference in Tampa Bay, Florida from August 13-16.
This globally recognized conference is the largest LGBT business event on the planet and will deliver innovative leadership programming as well as networking and engagement opportunities for more than 1,400 LGBT and allied business leaders.
Cutting-edge educational programs include inspiring keynote speakers, a special Reaching for Success: Navigating NGLCC's International Business & Leadership Conference program for LGBT Certified & Internationally Registered Business Enterprises (formerly: Boot Camp), affiliate chamber development and corporate tracks, a Marketplace Expo, one-on-one matchmaker meetings between suppliers and Fortune 500 companies, and much more.

Nashville Pride’s Martinis & Jazz-
On Tuesday, Nashville Pride hosted Martinis & Jazz at the East Ivy Mansion. Guests enjoyed drinks, food, and a great silent auction. This was a great way to start the season of Pride! The Pride Parade will be held on Saturday, June 22nd at 10 am on Broadway at 8th. The Pride Festival will be held on Saturday, June 22nd from 10 am - 9 pm and Sunday, June 23rd from 12 pm - 6 pm at Public Square Park. Make plans to attend!
Vanderbilt Comprehensive Care Clinic’s 25th Anniversary Gala
To celebrate its momentous 25th year serving persons living with HIV in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, the Vanderbilt Comprehensive Care Clinic (VCCC) will host a gala to honor those affected by HIV, those who have supported the VCCC and its mission, and to reignite HIV awareness among the Nashville community. This gala will feature live performances by celebrated Nashville artists Daphne Willis and Jesse Lee. True to the VCCC’s long history of community partnership, all food, drinks and event sponsorship will be provided by local Nashville businesses. Over 350 guests are expected in the Vanderbilt Commodore Ballroom on Saturday, June 29, 2019, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
